All sales are final.
To be eligible for store credit your item must be in the same condition you received it, unopened, unused and in its original packaging. A return must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order. All shipments must be postmarked within 5 business days of receiving authorization.
You can initiate a store credit by emailing email@example.com. Please include your order number, reason for store credit and proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
CHANGE OF ORDER
We make it a priority to send out your order as soon as we can. You can adjust your order within 24 hours of your purchase. Please note that it may delay your shipment. Once your order has been shipped, we are not able to make any changes to the order.
