Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at within 14 days of receipt if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We are not responsible for any stains, marks, or discoloration that occur after the product is used. Upon contacting us, we will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.


In special circumstances where you would like to exchange an item, please note that the product must be unopened and unused, and you must reach out to us within 14 days of receipt. You will be responsible for the shipping fees on your exchanged item, and any difference in pricing will be charged to your original form of payment. Your exchange will be processed once your original item has arrived at our warehouse.


As our products are designed for children, we have implemented a strict no-return policy for safety and hygiene reasons. This policy ensures that our customers receive only brand-new, unused items that have not been exposed to any potential risks. While returns are not permitted for our products, we remain committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you have any concerns or issues with your purchase, please contact our customer service team at, and we will do our best to address your needs.

Please note that if an item is returned that does not follow our return guidelines, such as missing boxes, damaged, or used, we reserve the right to not offer a full refund or exchange. Refunds can only be credited to your original form of payment or a gift card. If the product was a gift, your credit will be issued as a MODI MODU eGift Card. Shipping charges are deducted from the refund.

Gift Returns:

For gift returns, we offer store credit or exchanges only. We cannot issue direct refunds for gift returns.
