What does MODI MODU mean?

'MODI' is derived from 'modified,' while 'MODU' translates to 'everything, everyone' in Korean.

Our company name reflects our commitment to modifying everyday goods to enhance the quality of daily lives.

What's the return policy?

We offer a strict no-return policy for our products designed for children, ensuring safety and hygiene standards are upheld.

However, in special circumstances, exchanges are permitted within 14 days of receipt for unopened and unused items.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit. For more details, please see our Returns and Exchanges policy.

How can I track my order?

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a separate email containing tracking information.

Please be aware that it may take up to 7 business days for your items to be packaged and shipped from our warehouse before you receive this email.

Can I use multiple discount codes at once?

No, you can only use one discount code or promotion per order.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you have multiple discount codes, we recommend using the one that provides the greatest benefit to you.

What if the product came damaged?

We are sorry that this happened. Please contact us at hello@modimodu.com with pictures of the damage within 48 hours upon receiving your order, and we will make it right. 

My order did not arrive. I'm afraid it's lost or stolen.

Unfortunately, MODI MODU is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly and providing the tracking number to obtain more information and assistance regarding your delivery.

I need to update the shipping address

Please contact us immediately at hello@modimodu.com.

Our team will be able to assist in updating the address if the item has not yet left the warehouse.

However, once the item has been shipped, we cannot change the shipping address.

Why do I have to lay the Multifunctional Wall Decal flat before installing?

The wall decal may develop wrinkles due to being rolled for packaging.

To ensure optimal adherence to the wall, we recommend flattening the decal by laying it on a flat surface and using heavy objects, such as books, to weigh it down before applying it to the desired surface.

The magnetic strip fell off from the Wooden Magnetic Play Set

Occasionally, dry weather or frequent handling can cause the magnetic strip to detach from the play set.

You can easily reattach it to the back using adhesive.
