MODI is from the word “modi-fied” and MODU means “everything, everyone” in Korean. Our company name aligns with our mission to modify every good thing to be better for everyone.

Customer Service

We are sorry that you are not satisfied with your purchase. However, any opened items cannot be returned. If you wish to return your items, they have to be unopened, and in its original packaging.

You can find your tracking information in the shipping confirmation email you received. You can also log-in to your MODI MODU account and click on your order history for tracking details.

No, only one discount code and promotion is allowed per purchase.

MODI MODU is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you think your package is lost or stolen please contact the shipping carrier or your local post office (refer to your tracking number to determine which delivery service to contact).

The wall decal may have wrinkles from the rolled packaging. For best results, we highly recommend flattening it before putting it on the desired surface.

Sometimes dry weather or excessive rubbing can take the magnetic strip off from the play set. You can simply stick it back on.
